ArcelorMittal inspires the Dutch construction industry at Material Xperience and BouwBeurs trade fairs

Material Xperience is the yearly materials event for architects and other creative professionals. It was held from February 6 – 10, 2017 in Utrecht (Netherlands) simultaneously with the BouwBeurs trade fair. ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products and ArcelorMittal Construction Netherlands joined the events to present our solutions.

Increase brand awareness within the construction market

At Material Xperience, visitors were introduced to the latest novelties from the key players of the industry within four segments: Floors, Roofs & Facades, Walls & Ceilings and a special segment showcasing providers of digital technologies, such as 3D printers.

The teams of ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products and ArcelorMittal Construction Netherlands, joined the fair with a common booth emphasising the following products:

  • Indaten®,presented on a Mascaret® system
  • Granite®  Silky Shine on an Isis 55 profile
  • Granite® Silky Mat  on a 500mm width siding profile (ST 500 NL)

The profiles were made by the ‘Specials’ department of ArcelorMittal Construction Netherlands.

We also had leaflets to present our new coating Jetskin™. After being in contact with Dutch trade newspaper “Vraag en Aanbod”, an article about Jetskin™ will be soon published on their website.

Simultaneously at BouwBeurs trade fair, ArcelorMittal Construction was presenting its complete portfolio on a dedicated booth. On the Smart Steel booth, made to highlight companies’ “smart” solutions, the Dutch IPO Bouwen met Staal ensured we could display a mock-up of our well-known Angelinabeam produced by ArcelorMittal Europe – Long Products, accompanied by brochures presenting our cellular solutions. We received very good feedback from visitors.
