ArcelorMittal at Sommet de l’Elevage

ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products and WireSolutions both participated in Sommet de l’Elevage, the leading European show for agricultural professionals which took place in Clermont-Ferrand (France) from October 4 to 6.

Sommet de l’Elevage is a great opportunity for ArcelorMittal to demonstrate our leading products for the agricultural sector, meet our main customers and directly reach the agricultural professionals who use our products.

ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products promoted Granite® Farm, a corrosion resistant coating guaranteed up to 20 years, specifically made to build roofs and walls of farm buildings sheltering various animals and plants (cattle, poultry, vegetables).

WireSolutions promoted its range of wires, fences and accessories for cattle and sheep breeding, all coated with Crapal®:

  • Scorpio® barbed wire
  • Atak®Heavy welded fence
  • Prairie® field knot fence
  • Sologne®4R, a heavy welded fence designed to contain wild boars and more and more used to protect crops against damages

We received visitors from many countries who were interested in our fences made with our well-known Crapal® coating and all visitors were directed to our distributors who were also present.

Sommet de l’Elevage was the occasion to increase the knowledge about our products and show that steel is also an ideal material for the agricultural business. The next edition will be from 3 to 5 October 2018 and we will undoubtedly be present.
