Nuova Gestione Sportiva Ferrari

Nuova Gestione Sportiva Ferrari in Maranello (Italy) is the new development centre of the Ferrari FCA Group for F1 cars.

This building is designed to represent the values of the company and is composed of 3 levels:

• the basement and the ground floor are dedicated to the activities related to the F1 cars (workshops and laboratories)
• the first floor for the technical offices, showroom and communication spaces

High added value ArcelorMittal products

Built between the end of 2013 and April 2015, the new building contains in total 1,200 tonnes of our steel in its main structure (columns/beams). ArcelorMittal Europe – Long Products supplied to our client Gruppo Manni (beam stockist) 1,000 tonnes of heavy “H” profiles and Eurostructures supplied 200 tonnes of cellular beams ACB^® produced by our mill in Differdange.

The R&D team of ArcelorMittal developed the patented method used for the fabrication of ACB^® cellular beams (that is based on the exclusive use of hot rolled sections) and the related software. Our ACB^® beams are light and cost effective and provide the user with transparent and lean structures combined with robustness and safety.
