We’re pleased to unveil our new dedicated electrical steels website, a digital platform designed to support customers operating in some of the world’s fastest-growing markets: e-mobility, renewable energy, industrial motors, generators and transformers.
As electrification accelerates across industries, electrical steels have become a critical material for the technologies powering the energy transition. Used in electric vehicle motors, industrial machinery, renewable energy equipment and data centre infrastructure, electrical steels help improve energy efficiency, performance and reliability.
With a rapidly expanding product portfolio and growing customer demand, the launch of a dedicated website provides a central destination where customers can easily access information, expertise and support. Visitors can explore our product portfolio, learn more about key applications, stay up to date with market developments and access support from our dedicated electrical steels team.
The website launch comes at a pivotal moment for ArcelorMittal’s electrical steels business. In recent years, the company has made significant investments to increase production capacity and strengthen its position as a key supplier to the European electric mobility and energy sectors.
At the heart of this transformation is the major investment at Mardyck, in northern France. The new production facilities complement ArcelorMittal’s existing electrical steels plant in Saint-Chély-d’Apcher and have increased the company’s electrical steels production capacity in Europe threefold, reaching approximately 300,000 tonnes per year. This expanded capability enables ArcelorMittal to better support customers as demand continues to grow across electric vehicles, renewable energy systems and industrial applications.
The new electrical steels website has been designed to provide a cleaner, more intuitive user experience while giving customers direct access to the information they need.
Visitors will find:
More than a product showcase, the website will serve as an evolving resource where customers can discover new products, explore technical expertise and stay informed about the latest innovations in electrical steels.

"The launch of our new electrical steels website reflects our ambition to be closer to our customers and to provide a dedicated platform that showcases the full strength of our offer. As electrification reshapes industries worldwide, the website will act as a gateway to our products, expertise and innovations, helping customers find the right solutions for today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities."
