Dutch steel decks now made with ArcelorMittal’s low carbon-emissions steel

Staalprofiel, a Dutch joint venture between the Afix Group NV and SP Projecten, has a long-term experience in developing and producing customised steel profiles for a wide range of sectors such as construction, solar, automotive and the logistics sector, more specifically scaffolding for warehouses.

Staalprofiel has been buying ArcelorMittal’s Magnelis^® coated steel for a couple of years now, be it for solar, racking or steel deck applications. Staalprofiel prefers Magnelis^® versus the traditional post galvanised steels because of its outstanding durability and corrosion resistance properties , which is a strong asset for steel decks for scaffolding.
